Also, transfers to and from airports in New Jersey—Newark Airport, Teterboro Airport—and Westchester County Airport for pickup or drop-off.
Additional time above 12 hours will be considered as an excessive overtime service, charged at an additional $200 per hour for each extra hour.
Once the service is booked, there are no returns or refunds.
Rescheduling is permitted up to 3 days in advance, subject to availability on the calendar.

Airport pickup and drop-off service is also available at Newark Liberty International Airport, Teterboro Airport, and Westchester County Airport.
An optional 7th hour may be added for $125.
Service exceeding 7 hours will automatically transition to the Full-Day Private Chauffeur package and be billed at the applicable full-day rate.

Full-Day Chauffeur & Armed Executive Protection – $4,800
Enjoy up to 12 hours of private chauffeur service with a licensed armed Executive Protection Specialist within Manhattan. This package provides secure, professional transportation and personal protection for executives, celebrities, VIPs, business travelers, and special events.
Additional service beyond the 12-hour limit is billed at an overtime rate of $600 per hour.
Booking & Payment Policy
All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation to secure your chauffeur service. All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
By completing your booking, you agree to the selected package terms, including the applicable service hours, service area, and any airport pickup or drop-off arrangements. Rescheduling is permitted up to 3 days in advance, subject to availability on the calendar.
Any time beyond your package’s included service period will be billed at the applicable overtime rate for that package. If additional hours, services, or a required cleaning fee are incurred, you authorize My Driver NYC to charge the card on file, without prior notice, for those amounts.
A 12% New York State sales tax and any applicable payment-processing fees will be added to all bookings.
Cleaning Fees & Vehicle Damages
Any minor cleaning, such as small trash or normal wear, is free of charge. However, if there is vomit, spilled wine, other non-easily cleanable liquids (such as cherry juice), or stainable marks on the luxury SUV, a full detail cleaning is required. This deep car wash, taking about 6 hours, will incur a cleaning fee of $400. Minor garbage or normal small cleanup will not be charged—only significant spills or stains.
For damages, any damage caused by the client will be billed to the client who booked the service. Examples include ripped leather, broken armrests, doors damaged by hitting objects like fire hydrants or other vehicles, or damaged entertainment systems. Costs will be based on professional estimates or invoices from authorized dealerships or certified repair shops, ensuring a fair assessment.
